About PGDM
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at IPEM Group of Institutions caters to the demand of management professionals and prepares its students for challenging careers through an intensive and rigorous curriculum. IPEM believes in the holistic development of the students and their participation in the education programme, instills in them professionalism, critical thinking, ability to work hard and take decisions. IPEM's mission is to develop tomorrow business leaders through integrated learning and industry - academic partnerships. IPEM offers a two year, full time completely residential programme Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme. The programme aims to provide young thinking minds the power to shape their thoughts and develop appropriate skills for managerial decision making. The Curriculum of the PGDM is designed in line with the Industry requirements and is constantly upgraded by experts from industry and academia. The Curriculum of PGDM is spread over four semesters, in order to incorporate fundamental concepts in the in the initial phase followed by the application of the same. In the first year after joining, the students undergo an extensive orientation programme followed by Programs in General Management as well as major functional areas such as Finance and Accounts, Marketing, Production, and Personnel Management. In the PGDM programme, we strike a balance between the science and art of management. We guide the students to innovate, yet keep the fundamentals in sight.
