The Institute of Professional Excellence & Management or IPEM, Ghaziabad; is organizing a conference and would like to invite Academicians/Corporate delegates, research scholars and students to submit their research papers and Abstracts for the same. The selected papers and original publications will be awarded and published in various journals like the Scopus Indexed/UGC Indexed/Journal of IPEM.

 

The primary goals of organising the conference are:

 

To promote research and developmental activities in Global Business & technology and to promote a better understanding of the need and importance of innovation in Businesses.

To promote the interchange of Scientific Information between researchers, developers, students, and practitioners working in the field of business management throughout the world.

The conference organized by IPEM focuses on the importance and need for Innovation in the field of business management and development, and how it can positively affect the society. Innovation is considered as an important part in the engine of global economic growth.

Now the question arises, how can new Innovations help in the growth of a Business?

New innovations, when brought into practise can help us on different levels from increasing production value to delivering quality services to the customers who are our main target. Some major points to consider while talking about the positive effects of the new innovations are:

 

  • It helps in creating products with improved quality
  • Provides quality service
  • New production processes can be put in to use
  • The more efficient and clean [environmental] management system can be introduced
  • Improved models of business and modern management methods of employment, when put into practice can help everyone; And much more.

 

There are numerous reasons for companies and organizations to update and transform, including increasing market share, capturing new markets, improving product quality, choice of products, replacing outdated products, reducing environmental impact, etc.

 

Call for Papers

 

For the conference, extended Abstracts and Full research papers with a maximum of 2000 word count are invited for the conference. The papers could be on any areas of management and information technology and it should be related to the theme of the conference that can be any of the sub-tracks mentioned below and also in the brochure, but not only limited to it.

Guidelines for submission of papers

 

The Extended abstract or the Research paper of 2000 words should cover all the areas listed below:

  • Abstract (Approx. 250-300 words, 4 to 5 keywords)
  • Research problem
  • Objectives of the Study
  • Research Methodology
  • Findings of the Study

 

The format should be followed as per APA style and should be submitted through the conference email.

Graphs or Pictures should be in JPG or JPEG format with formats in MS Office

The Research paper should be typed in A4 size with 1.0 spacing aligned to left side, with Times New Roman format and 12 font sizes in MS Word.

 

The shortlisted Research papers an Abstracts would be compiled and included in the proceedings of the conference, which would be published in a compendium.

The outstanding papers would be given the best paper award in three categories of; Research scholars, Academicians or Industry delegates and Students. Paper submission and evaluation would be done on the basis of practise and theory, originality, and meticulousness.
