MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is a three-year Professional Master Degree program in Computer Science. IBPS is the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection which conducts the exams for the Banks post like the clerk, Probationary officer, and specialist officer for the various nationalized Banks in India. You apply for IBPS specialist officers' posts. On qualifying the exam you can become an IT specialist officer. Whereas if you wish to make a career in SBI you need to give an SBI SO exam which is conducted independently by the SBI Bank.
