The Two-years, Full-time Management Programme, approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India and affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow is one of the most sought after programme of IPEM. The MBA programme of IPEM aims to develop professionals with management excellence, social and cultural sensitivity, ethical responsibility and concern for the environment. The MBA Program aims to provide inputs to the students relevant to the business, industry and trade so that they can perform in different organizations and face the challenges arising there from the Program not only aims at providing knowledge and honing in different areas of management, but also helps in developing overall personality of the students. Right from the beginning of the Program, the focus is on upgrading the knowledge of the student through suitable pedagogy like lectures, case discussion/ analysis, simulation games, Role-Plays etc.

I'm grateful for the exposure that IPEM has given me. The numerous opportunities enabled my growth and development.
