Republic Day Celebration on 26th January 2019

The 70th Republic Day of India was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic fervour at Institute of Professional excellence and Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad amidst the foggy morning of 26th January, 2019. The ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Anupam Goel, Secretary – Lakshya Educational Society, Dr. Suandha Goel, Dean Academics, Col. Dr. A.S. Malhotra, Director General, Principals and HoDs of various departments, faculty, staff members and students.

The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Secretary-IPEM Mr. Anupam Goel. This was accompanied by the rendition of National Anthem. The programme moved forward with an incredible display of performances of fancy dress by the students of various disciplines. The energetic performances by the students and the infectious beats of Group Dance filled the crowd with great energy and enthusiasm. The heartfelt renditions of patriotic songs aroused feelings of love and brotherhood among all.

Col. (Dr.) A.S. Malhotra, Director General addressed the gathering and highlighted the achievements of the college. He underscored the steps the college has taken to ensure an overall development of its students and took pride in mentioning that the college is well ahead of the academic standards that are now being enforced by the university. He emphasized upon the quality education which would help in the development of the city and the country at large. He briefly discussed the issues that the nation is currently facing and urged everyone to unite and stand against them. Certificates of Appreciation were given to the best performers of all the events.

The hour long ceremony culminated with the release of tri-coloured balloons.

On this auspicious day, the members of management, faculty members of all departments and students took oath to respect the nation and keep its pride always up.
