International Webinar on "PARADIGM SHIFT IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT: EMERGING TRENDS AND COMPETITIVE STRATEGIES IN ADVERTISING AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR"
The Department of Management, Institute of Professional Excellence and Management organized an International Webinar in collaboration with Ghaziabad Management Association on 12th June 2021 (Saturday). The topic of International Webinar was “PARADIGM SHIFT IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT: EMERGING TRENDS AND COMPETITIVE STRATEGIES IN ADVERTISING AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR”. In the Webinar, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sangwan was the main Speaker who is working as a Head Cost of Delivery at Wipro Limited since 2011. He is a highly accomplished IT Service Management Leader with two decades of experience. He is certified Lead Auditor. The major objective and focus of this international webinar is to see the emerging trends and competitive strategies adopted by Business and management in Advertising and Consumer Behaviour. As we know, Advertisement and Consumer Behaviour are inextricably linked. The function of advertising is to influence the customer decision making process and consumer decisions at all stages based on marketing and advertising objectives. Advertisement and consumer behaviour can be an important competitive advantage while formulating marketing strategies. It can greatly reduce the odds of bad decisions and market failures. For this International Webinar we got total registration from 271 participants out of which169 were National Participants and 102 were International Participants from countries like Oman, Philippines, Morocco, Bangladesh, Iraq, Japan. Zoom and YouTube Platforms were used for Webinar. During this Session all participants come to know about various IT trends used in marketing. They also understood importance of data and information for Customer Satisfaction.
