Hiring a team of five Interns-Career Counselors.
Maintain the strength & size of the Team.
Handling the team of interns and help those to achieve their assigned work targets on
daily & monthly basis.
Prospect generation through cold calling.
Online meeting & Counseling prospective students(mostly working executives in
various industries)
Primary and secondary research about the competitors.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:-
Generating revenues by achieving individual contributions as well as team
targets.
Presenting Company's offer to the prospective client
Handle Objections.
Converting suspects into prospects and closing deals.
2. Schedule Adherence:-
Maintaining & sharing the daily report to the concern reporting manager.
Handling the daily base admission account of team members.
3. Educational training:-
Depth knowledge about education industry.
Opportunity to understand business strategies and hierarchy of Industry.

I'm grateful for the exposure that IPEM has given me. The numerous opportunities enabled my growth and development.
