Webinar on Embracing the Change: Making the best out of Covid 19
The Management Department of the Institute of Professional Excellence and Management organized a Student Webinar “Embracing the Change: Making the best out of Covid 19” on 12 May 2021 (Wednesday). The intention behind the event was to encourage students to come up with their views to enhance their communication skills and confidence. In this event, participants were expected to cover all the sub-themes given to them such as Education getting digitalized, Mental health during Pandemic, Changes in career options, and Family & Pandemic. The evaluation was done by Dr.NituMaurya and Mr. Amit Aggarwal on the basis of communication skills, proper coverage of all sub-themes, content quality and time management. Students were given a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 minutes to present their views. The mode of communication was English and Hindi both. The event was convened by Ms. Rachna Bajaj and Ms. AnubhaGaumat along with the cooperation from the faculty members of all the departments of the institute. There were 15 enthusiastic participants from the Management, IT, Law and B.Ed Department. SaloniTyagi (MBA 1st Year) was adjudged as the winner of the Student Webinar. Swati Arora (B.Ed 2nd Year) and Arpit Raj (BBA 3rd Year) grabbed the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up positions respectively.

I'm grateful for the exposure that IPEM has given me. The numerous opportunities enabled my growth and development. The conferences and workshops conducted by the institute provided the students with deep and rich understanding of various topics. I made some great friends and memories during my time here, which I will cherish forever.
