She has been actively engaged in teaching various courses in Centre for Teacher Education since July 2006, handling subjects such as Educational Psychology, Educational Technology, English, Career Guidance & Counselling, and Educational Measurement & Evaluation. Dr. Sharma has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic development through the design of teaching-learning materials, lesson planning, and diagnostic and remedial teaching strategies. She has actively organized faculty development programs, workshops, and national seminars & webinars, focusing on innovative teaching methodologies and contemporary educational issues. B.Ed. Eligibility Criteria?+

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation from a recognized university to be eligible for the B.Ed. programme (relaxation as per government norms may apply).

Admission to the programme is based on qualification in the UP B.Ed. Joint Entrance Examination (UP B.Ed. JEE). Eligible candidates must participate in the counselling process and obtain a seat allotment in favour of the Institute of Professional Excellence and Management, Ghaziabad.

Final admission is granted after successful completion of the counselling process and document verification as per university and regulatory guidelines.
