A National Seminar on “Digital India: Technology Trends & Challenges” was held on, 8th October 2016 (Saturday) at the  Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad. The Seminar was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Mr. Vipin  Tyagi, Executive Director – Center for Development of  Telematics, New Delhi. In his Inaugural Address, the Hon’ble Chief Guest pointed out on the fast technological changes taking place all over the world. The purpose of the National Seminar was to make India digitally strong which could be only when there is technology evaluation in Institutions/Colleges for empowering Indians. There is a need for competitiveness in our own Telecommunication Network. Machine to Machine connection is important and Cyber Space has to marry  & connected to the physical system. European countries have adopted this long back. For rural Indian population connectivity, Ghyansetu is a tool that connects all rural people for which funds are to be provided to Panchayats. We in India are non-linear state-wise and village-wise. More villages are to be connected. No doubt the work had already been started 27 years ago.

Digital India: Technology Trends & Challenges

On 12 Mar 2016 (Saturday), a National Seminar on the topic of “Role of Innovation and Skills for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Development with Special Reference to Small Scale and Digital Ventures” was organized at the Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad.
The objective of the Seminar was to discuss the Role of Innovation for Sustainable Entrepreneurship Development; to provide real-time clarity to participants on the provisions of new entrepreneurship start-ups by the senior entrepreneurs, The changes that have been done in the recent past & their impact on society, like Digital Ventures, etc.; and, to discuss the Government Policies, Programs related to the Small Scale Industries
The Seminar was started with the lighting of the lamp by the eminent Speakers along with the Executive Director (Dr. B.S. Goel), Director General (Col. Dr. A.S.Malhotra), and Dean Academics (Dr. Sugandha Goel) and taking the blessing of Maa Saraswati. All the Eminent Speakers of the inaugural session were felicitated with bouquets, Mementoes, and Gifts by the Executive Director, Director-General, and Mr. Anupam Goel (Secretary, IPEM Group of Institutions).

National Seminar On Role Of Innovation And Skills For Sustainable Entrepreneurship Development With Special Reference To Small Scale And Digital Ventures.

Institute of Professional Excellent & Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad organized a two days Workshop on the burning topic “Cloud Computing & Big Data Analytics” on 26th& 27th Feb. 2016 (Friday & Saturday). The Workshop was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) B.S.Goel, Executive Director (IPEM), and all the Dignitaries on the dice. Executive Director – Prof. B.S. Goel, in his welcome address, pointed out due to the fast technological change –Cloud Computing, Storage Networks/Systems like Data Mining and Warehousing and may other put challenges for their execution. Big Data Analytics could be a solution of the storage of Data along with Smart Access Technologies.
The objective of the Workshop:
Big Data Analytics delivers a competitive advantage in two ways compared to the traditional analytical model. Participants will be able to:
Describe and use Big Data Analytics- the efficient use of a simple model applied to volumes of data that would be too large for the traditional analytical environment.
Understand that Traditional IT infrastructure is simply not able to meet the demands of this new “Big Analytics” landscape. For these reasons, many enterprises are turning to the “Statistical Programming Language, Hadoop, MongoDB, Cassandra as a potential solution to this unmet commercial need. As the amount of data—especially unstructured data—collected by organizations and enterprises explodes.

National Seminar On Emerging Trends

To enrich the Faculty Members of IPEM as well as other institutes, Research Scholars & Students, a Two Days Workshop on “Neural Network and Its Implementation with MATLAB” was organized on 15th & 16th Sep 2017 on the premises of IPEM.
Resource Persons – Prof(Dr).M.P.Singh,(Department of Computer Science, B.R.Ambedkar University, Agra) & and Dr. Ganesh  Dixit (BSA College, Mathura) were invited to conduct the workshop who have wide knowledge & research experience in the particular field.
The workshop was inaugurated by Mr. Anupam Goel, Secretary IPEM; Col. (Dr.) A.S. Malhotra – Director-General, focused on the full attention of the Institute to organize workshops which will enable us to enrich our knowledge and expand our understanding.
Prof. Manu Pratap Singh started with the introduction of Neural networks, and its requirement & discussed various applications.
After lunch, he demonstrated the general perceptron model in MATLAB.

The Management and IT Alumni Meet was scheduled for 22nd December 2018 (Saturday) at “The Monarch”, Indirapuram Habitat Centre, Ghaziabad.

It was a mega reunion where the Alumni gathered with their families to Reminisce with friends and Faculty. During the Welcome Address, Director General Col. (Dr.) A.S. Malhotra, congratulated all the Alumni for holding Senior Positions in the Corporate.

A Two Days Workshop on ‘Entrepreneurship Development’ was organized by the Management Department of IPEM, Ghaziabad in association with NIESBUD (National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development) Noida on 7th & 8th Sep 2018. The Workshop was inaugurated with Lamp Lighting by Secretary IPEM, Mr. Anupam Goel, Director General IPEM, Col. (Dr.) A.S.Malhotra and Dean Academics IPEM, Dr. Sugandha Goel. On Day One, the First Session of the Workshop was conducted by Mr. Ravi Gupta, Entrepreneurship and Growth Coach and Trainer at NIESBUD, Noida. Mr. Ravi Gupta focused on Entrepreneurial Spirit and Motivation as well as the significance of Mentoring in Entrepreneurship Development. The Second Session was taken by Mr. H.P.Singh, Chief Consultant, NIESBUD, Noida. Mr. H.P.Singh discussed about the marketing and Technical feasibility of Entrepreneurship and also shared some case studies of Start-up Ventures. On Day Two, the First Session was conducted by Mr. V.K.Arora who is working in the field of Entrepreneurship Development for the last 14 years and at present is the CEO of Anveshan Sansthan, affiliated with Indira Gandhi Technical University, New Delhi. Mr. Arora conducted some activities with students related to Creativity and Innovation in the context of Entrepreneurship. The Second Session was taken by Mr. R.K. Chandra, Sr. Advisor, Mudra Task Force, NIESBUD Noida. Mr. Chandra discussed about the various financial schemes being run by the Indian Government for Entrepreneurship Development. He also briefed about the various financial sources which can be tapped for establishing Entrepreneurial Ventures. At the end of the Workshop an activity ‘My Business Idea’ was also organized in which numerous students of IPEM, as well as more than 15 other Institutes of NCR, showcased their Business Ideas in-front of the audience. In the end, Dr. Dolly Phillips, HOD Management, IPEM Ghaziabad expressed a Vote of Thanks to all the participants for making the workshop a huge success.

Guest Lecture on Exploring Career Opportunities for Teacher Trainees

Kachra Smadhan Mahotsav, a flagship programme of district administration was organised on 22 April 2018 – Kachra Smadhan Mahotsav with much fanfare starting with a marathon run of 5 km on Hindon Elevated Road in which around 6,000 school children and 2,000 people participated. DM Ghaziabad, Ritu Maheshwari said that this run will sensitise the young students and people about the importance of waste recycling and management. Ghaziabad MP & Union Minister, Gen. VK Singh (retd) was the chief guest.

IPEM college students with staff participated in this special Mahotsav and showed their creativity in the exhibition.

Thereafter, VK Singh inaugurated the Mahotsav at Ramlila Ground in Kavi Nagar. He praised the DM for the event and said the concept of Best of Waste should be emulated by other districts also and should serve as an example for future such events. Singh added that it was important that people become aware of waste disposal and management so that the city remains green and clean.

DM Ritu Maheshwari said that with ‘waste’ in focus this Mahotsav will instil awareness among the people without whom no waste management and recycling programme can be undertaken. She said that various stalls, exhibitions and workshops will help the visitors hone their knowledge on various aspects of waste management and recycling that they can further put to use practically. She added that it had been the aim of GDA, Nagar Nigam and the administration to clean up the city and this event was a step in that direction.

Maheshwari also thanked the NGOs, RWAs, self-help groups, and institutions that had lent a helping hand to make the event a success.

Around 112 stalls have been put up at the Kachra Mahotsav. Apart from the DM, SSP Ghaziabad, Vaibhav Krishna, ADMs Sunil Singh & Gyanendra Singh, CDO Ramesh Ranjan, Municipal Commissioner, CP Singh and MLA Manju Siwach and other district officials were present on the occasion.

The communication club organized the “EXTEMPORE” speech activity on 31st August 2018. The objective of this activity is not only to improve the effectiveness of communication but also to enhance the creativity and productivity of the students by giving them various exercises on writing and speaking skills. The number of students who participated in the management department was fourteen. The number of students who participated in the IT department was twenty-two. The six participants have participated from B.ED. The Honorable Judges of the activity were (Dr. RP UPADHAYAY) and (Dr. Manoj Chauhan) who is a professor Assistant of the Education Department. Ankit Roy got the Third Semester.

A one day National Seminar on “Managing Business with Human Values: Challenges and Measures” was organized by the Management Department on 24th March 2018. The objective of the Seminar was to critically examine the challenges faced by Professionals and suggest measures for Managing Business with Human Values-based Principles and Ethics. The sub-themes of the Seminar were Sustainable Development, Business Ethics, Workplace Harmony, Holistic Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. The Chief Guest of the Seminar was Prof. Ved Prakash, Former Chairman, UGC. The Presiding Speaker of the Inaugural Session in the Seminar was Mr. Bimal Jain, Chairperson of, Management Advisory Board, IPEM and the keynote speaker was Swami Prakarshananda, Chinmaya Mission, New Delhi. In Technical Session-I, Speakers from Industry and Social Service Organisations expressed their views regarding various sub-themes of the Seminar and in Technical Session-II, more than 30 Research papers were presented on the topics related to the theme of the Seminar. At the end of the Seminar a Valedictory Address was presented and HOD Management, Dr. Dolly Phillips expressed gratitude on behalf of IPEM to all the Dignitaries, Speakers and more than 100 participants from academia and industry for making the Seminar a great success.

On 14th September 2019, the Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) in collaboration with Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA) hosted the ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONCLAVE where distinguished visionaries and professionals, who are currently spearheading the start-up and reputed organization in India, shared their own experiences and struggles in the industry to the students.

The complete event was divided into mainly three sessions

In the first Session, Dignitaries shared their experiences and suggested the students to prepare themselves for today’s industry by focusing on Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Agility which is also required to thrive in a treacherous VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) world.

In the Second Session, Start-Up Expo was organized to provide a platform for early-stage start-ups and students entrepreneur to showcase their products & services. Students from different colleges took part with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Post lunch, Business Plan Competition was organized in which more than 15 teams participated from different Colleges and presented their Business Plan.

The conclave received an overwhelming response and was attended by Management Students of the College and Students from different Colleges.

This party was organized by BBA II Year students with passion and wistfulness. Students performed very amusing dances and songs. Some exciting games were also arranged for the students of BBA Ist Year. BBA Ist Year students participated in the Ramp walk, which was judged by experts. The Second Day of the Inter-Institutional Fest Ullas -2019 (Two Days Inter-Institutional Fest) was successfully completed on 9th March 2019 at the IPEM (Institute of Professional Excellence & Management), Ghaziabad. The Second Day observed various events like Nukkad Natak, Stand- Up Comedy, Group Dance and Mr. & Ms. Ullas followed by Celebrity Singer –Nidhi Rastogi. Around 150 participants from more than 20 colleges of Delhi- NCR participated at the Events with full enthusiasm. After the events, The Celebrity Singer Nidhi Rastogi rocked the stage with her live performance.

The Resource Persons of The Workshop were Mr. Aftab, Cyber Security Specialist (7Network Services Pvt. Ltd.) And Mr. Akhlakh Alam, Manager(7Network Services Pvt. Ltd.) Along With Assistant Executive Mr. Akshay(7Network Services Pvt. Ltd.). Ms. Supriya Kaushik&Ms. Savita Singh, Asst. Professors were the activity coordinators. All the dignitaries, Resource Persons, Faculty members, and students were welcomed by Mr. Mukul Bhatt(FINAL YEAR STUDENT, BCA).

Workshop On Ethical Hacking And Cyber Security” For Bca Students

An Industrial Visit to Orient Craft, Bhiwari was organized for MBA & BBA students on 23rd February. Established over 40 years ago, Orient Craft is today India’s #1 garment design house, backed by a large world-class manufacturing infrastructure.

Currently, the annual turnover of OC is 250 million USD (the first cost, resulting in over a billion dollars of retail products and growing).

The purpose of the visit was to acquaint the students with the various important segments of Industrial undertaking. The main reason behind this- it lets the student know things practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices.

Moreover, it gives exposure from an academic point of view. The main aim of industrial visit is to provide exposure to students about the practical working environment. They also provide students with a good opportunity to gain full awareness of industrial practices.

Mr Sudhir Nair (HR Executive) explained the working of the unit and gave an insightful presentation related to the working of the unit and its production. He also described the functions, benefits of the products and the company’s presence worldwide.

Students were taken around the manufacturing unit and were explained about the production and packaging process.

Students also interacted with the staff of Orient Fabric and were shown videos and presentation of its products. The process in the making is mostly labour intensive and is internationally designed keeping in mind the hygiene standards.

Students enjoyed their bus ride and asked numerous questions.

Overall, the activity was highly interactive and a learning visit for the students on the concepts related to production and operations within a manufacturing unit.

Industrial Visit 23rd February 2019

An Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp was organized by E-Cell of IPEM, Ghaziabad on 23rd February for students of different disciplines.

Mr. Mukul Jain, Convener, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, IPEC, Ghaziabad was the Keynote Speaker of the camp. The Session was taken up further by the eminent speaker Mr. R.K. Chandra, NIESBUD, Noida.

The Objective of the camp was to create awareness among faculty and students of varied Programs about various facets of entrepreneurship as an alternative career option as also to highlight the merits of pursuing such an option.

Mr. Mukul Jain said that Entrepreneurs can change the way we live and work. If successful, their revolutions may improve our standard of living. In short, in addition to creating wealth from their entrepreneurial ventures, they also create jobs and the conditions for a flourishing society.

Mr. R.K. Chandra added that the entrepreneur who is a business leader looks for ideas and puts them into effect in fostering economic growth and development. Entrepreneurship is one of the most important inputs in the economic development of a country.

An Alumni Guest Lecture was organized for BBA students by Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Area Sales Manager, Kellogg’s India Pvt. Ltd.

He shared his hands-on experience working with the Topmost brands like Kellogg’s, P&G and Dabur. He emphasized on the important considerations which need to be taken care of while opting for a BBA.

He said that hard work and perseverance are the key to success. He also said that every management aspirant must keep a watch on the day to day updates of top brands.

He said that the candidates looking for Jobs must prepare themselves by grooming their personality, enriching their communication skills and definitely building their academic acumen.

The 70th Republic Day of India was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic fervour at the Institute of Professional Excellence and Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad amidst the foggy morning of 26th January 2019. The ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Anupam Goel, Secretary – Lakshya Educational Society, Dr. Sugandha Goel, Dean Academics, Col. Dr. A.S. Malhotra, Director General, Principals and HoDs of various departments, faculty, staff members and students.

The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Secretary-IPEM Mr. Anupam Goel. This was accompanied by the rendition of the National Anthem. The programme moved forward with an incredible display of performances of the fancy dress by students of various disciplines. The energetic performances by the students and the infectious beats of Group Dance filled the crowd with great energy and enthusiasm. The heartfelt renditions of patriotic songs aroused feelings of love and brotherhood among all.

Col. (Dr.) A.S. Malhotra, Director General addressed the gathering and highlighted the achievements of the college. He underscored the steps the college has taken to ensure the overall development of its students and took pride in mentioning that the college is well ahead of the academic standards that are now being enforced by the university. He emphasized quality education which would help in the development of the city and the country at large. He briefly discussed the issues that the nation is currently facing and urged everyone to unite and stand against them. Certificates of Appreciation were given to the best performers of all the events.

The hour-long ceremony culminated with the release of tri-coloured balloons.

On this auspicious day, the members of management, faculty members of all departments and students took an oath to respect the nation and keep its pride always up.

A webinar on “Opportunities and Challenges of Software Industry in Current Scenario” was conducted by the Student branch at IPEM Ghaziabad in collaboration with the Ghaziabad Chapter on 22nd June 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:50 PM. Co-Convener of the event Ms. Richa Vijay welcomed the participants and introduced Guest of Honour, Prof Anuranjan Misra (Vice Chairman, Ghaziabad Chapter & DEAN GNIOT, Greater Noida). In his address, Prof Misra stressed the need of associating students and professionals with a professional body like CSI. This helps in keep abreast with the latest technological changes and also professional networking. Keynote speaker, Mr. Bipin Tiwari (Solution Architect, Nagarro Software) gave an excellent talk on the challenges and opportunities of the current global scenario.

Co-Convener Mr. Shivoham Tiwari updated that more than 500 participants who attended the event were provided e-certificates. The webinar was simultaneously live on Zoom and YouTube channels.

The International Conference on Innovation in Global Business & Technology: Trends, Goals & Strategies (ICIGBT’ 2020) was organized in collaboration with Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA) on 28th February 2020 (Friday).

The Conference has evident various speakers from different backgrounds, experiences & territorial boundaries. The list of speakers on the dais includes Dr. S.M Mohammad Ismail, the Member of the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Dr. Nara Kittimateekul (Thailand) MD, Njoy Learning People, Thailand & Senior Professor at Khon Kaen University, Thailand and other dignitaries from Industry, Corporate & from Education Sector.

Entrepreneurship is known to be a driving force behind economic growth in recent years. Some of the world’s most popular products and everyday items were created by entrepreneurs. They started off as simple ideas that needed a well-organized plan and funding to see it off toward success. To focus upon some do’s and don’ts and to share some trade secrets with entrepreneurs a guest lecture on “Entrepreneurship” was organised by Management Department, IPEM, on 27 February 2020. As a Resource Person Mr. Vijay Anand, Founder of Chota Kingdom and an incubation expert was invited to address the students. The session started with an introduction to“entrepreneurship”. How one should be passionate about making their ideas work. He discussed different strategies which entrepreneurs are making to attract customers like free deliveries, exchange policies, discounts through their online apps etc. Students wanted to know how to spot opportunities and how their education helped the young entrepreneurs with planning, financing and managing their businesses. He conveyed the importance of proper planning and structured learning through education. The session was informative and interactive.

About 65 Participants deliberate on various issues related to Education for Sustainable Development and presented their views on the principles and practices of sustainable development in all aspects of education and learning.

National Seminar On The Theme “Education For Sustainable Development (Esd)”

Computer Application Department of IPEM, Gzb. organized a workshop on “Animation & 3D Designing”  on 13th & 14th February 2020 in  Computer Lab for  BCA 4th Sem. (40 Students) by Mr. Dhananjay, Lead Trainer, Innovians Technologies The primary objective of this workshop was to teach students about the essentials of working in 3D (basics of creating, embellishing, and animating 3D scenes) using an array of features and tools of  MAYA software. Maya is a 3D computer graphics software, used to create interactive 3D applications, including video games, animated films, TV series, or visual effects. It is used to generate 3D assets for use in film, television, game development, and architecture. At the end of the workshop, the trainer summarizes all the tasks in the form of a small animation video that was developed and designed by students.  Students had shown their interest to explore more about Animation. The workshop ended with a certificate distribution ceremony to all the participants and a certificate of excellence for those students who performed well in this workshop. Aayush Kumar Tyagi secured 1st Position, Mohit Chauhan secured 2nd  Position and Neetu & Shivani Yadav secured 3rd position and was awarded with certificate of excellence.

Center for Teacher Education (CTE) Of IPEM UG Campus, organized five days Art & Craft workshop from 20th December 2021 to 24th December 2021 in collaboration with Pidilite Industries Ltd. In this workshop, students learned many craft items like mud mirror painting lippene Art, Stone miniature and folder making, Cloth jewelry and bottle decoration & Tie & Die. Students participated enthusiastically & enjoyed it very much.

In IPEM UG Campus, a six-day Bharat Scout Guide Camp was organized by the Department of Teacher Education for the students of B.Ed. II Year from 13 Dec 21 to 18 Dec 21. Bharat Scouts and Guide Commissioner Shri Shyam Singh Ji organized a program for the students. He gave information about scout guide to the students, & knowledge of first aid to the students, construction of knots, construction of towers. The Camp ended with the construction of tents and a cultural program.

Centre For Teacher Education (CTE), IPEM UG Campus organized a Fresher’s Party “Aagman – Ek Nayi Shuruaat” in Laxmi Chand Auditorium on 09 Dec 2021 for B.Ed 1st year (2021-23). The program was started by Secretary Mr. Anupam Goel, Director General Col. (Dr.) A.S. Malhotra, Dean Academics Dr. Sugandha Goel, Director Dr. R.K.Singal and Principal Dr. Nishi Sharma. Students presented different dance performances, skits and games during the show. The main attraction of the evening was the fashion show. At Last, Garima and Aaditya was crowned as Ms. Fresher, and Mr. Fresher respectively. Students enjoyed it a lot.

On 8th December 2021 (Wednesday), Communication Club organized a Poster Presentation Competition to raise awareness of contemporary issues from 2:00 PM onwards at G1 Hall. In this activity, 55 (all 4 departments) students have taken part.

Posters provide visual, colourful, simple ways to communicate community issues and events, and are suitable for display in community spaces. The purpose of the competition was to advance the research capability of the student along with providing a platform to showcase their creative minds.

A Nukkad Natak & Rally for “Awareness of Vocational Education and Skill Development” was performed by the students in front of villagers. Students enjoyed the activity with full energy and fun.

On 27th November 2021, IPEM UG Campus Ghaziabad organized a Fresher’s Party for the Students of BBA and B.Com. The event started with a Lamp Lighting Ceremony by all the respective dignitaries. Dr. R.K. Singhal, the Director, showered his blessings upon all the students through a beautiful address. Dr. Dolly Philips, Dean Outreach also motivated all the students and wished everyone success in their coming journey. A wonderful dance performance by Students of BBA 2nd year grabbed the attention of all and made the event even more alluring. After the performance, the First round of Mr. and Ms. Fresher Started with an elegant Ramp Walk by the Students of BBA and B.Com. A group dance by the students of B.Com second year was a treat to the eyes as every student performing gave their 100% and made the event memorable.

All the students of BBA and B.Com who got selected after their ramp walk were called to showcase their talent. Every student fulfilled the same with complete dedication. A wonderful dance performance by the students of BBA second year made the day for all. Finally, Mr. and Ms. Fresher for all the Management courses were declared by the judges. The event ended with a vote of thanks by the HOD, Mr. Shashank Chaudhary. Every student danced, to make their special day memorable and finally, refreshments were distributed, and students went back to their respective places happily.

The Inaugural Speaker of the webinar was Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Assistant Professor, Marketing Analytics, IPEM, Ghaziabad and the Eminent Speaker was Dr. Samarth Singh, Area Head Marketing, Birla School of Management (Formerly BIMTECH Bhubaneswar) Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

He gave an elaborate outlook on Market insight – Consumers, Competitors, Forecasting, Pricing Analytics, CLV, Sale Analytics, and more. The webinar was anchored by Ms. Anubha Gaumat. The webinar had a total participation of 119 participants, including 97 from India and 22 from Philipines, Malaysia, Nepal, Srilanka, Indonesia, Bangladesh

On the 27th of November, the Management Department of IPEM UG Campus in collaboration with Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA), organized an International Webinar on “Demystifying Marketing Analytics for Data Driven Decision Making”. The objective of this event was to understand how with the help of various Marketing Analytics tools like Google Analytics, MixPanel, Improvodo, Cafe etc., the vast data available both in digital and offline mode can be analyzed for gaining a better perspective on customer preference for certain types of products, the prices they prefer, shift in the consumer behavior with time etc. for designing suitable Marketing Strategies. The speakers, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Assistant Professor, IPEM UG Campus and Dr. Samarth Singh, Associate Professor, Birla Global University put forward all the predominant points relating to both, the sources of data, as well as how to utilize this vast data optimally, through use of various software for making effective and efficient marketing strategies. The Webinar saw huge participation from India as well as outside countries like the U.S.A., Philippines, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria etc. The event was conducted online through the use of the Zoom App. Overall, the event was a big success as every participant gained valuable knowledge regarding the emergence of various data sources especially online, as well as how the Marketing Analytics tools have made both producer and consumer stand on the same platform i.e., Customer Satisfaction.

The basic objective of this mock interview is to make students aware of the company interview process. In this interview, students prepare their resumes. The process of the interview started at 2:00 pm in Computer Lab. The convener of the activity was Mr. Ashish Dixit.

IPEM Computer Applications Club organized a “Keyboard Ninja” Activity, on 16th November 2021 (Tuesday). The purpose of this motion was to expand the knowledge and typing skills of the participants. It was a typing competition in which software namely TEN FAST FINGER was downloaded and typing was done for a fixed time. Judgment was done on the basis of accuracy and the maximum number of words typed. Students enjoyed the competition and get to know about typing techniques. The Activity was carried out under the guidance of Convener Mr. Surender and well-coordinated by Mr Shivoham Tiwari. A total of 80 students from various Departments of IPEM such as Management, Computer Applications, and CTE participated in the Activity. All the students participated with great enthusiasm. The winner of the activity was Vishnu Gupta from BCA (2019-22) and Runner up was Supriya Kumari B. Ed (2020-22).

Centre for Teacher Education of IPEM UG Campus has organized two days Induction cum Orientation Programme Abhinandan 2021 from 16-11-2021 to 17-11-2021 for the B.Ed. Session (2021-2023).

On the first day, the programme was started with Hawan. In the Auditorium, The Cultural Programme was started with the lamp lighting by Dr. R.K. Singal (Director), Dr. Sugandha Goel (Dean Academics) & Dr. Nishi Sharma (Principal, CTE). For the gratitude of Saraswati maa the Saraswati Vandana was presented by the students of B.Ed. 2nd Year Students. Further, the new admitted students were addressed by the Respected Director Sir, Dr. R.K. Singal. He gave his blessings for their bright future ahead. For entertainment purpose, an activity was conducted by Dr. Anjali Raj (Jumping Jack) in which she involved new students. The winners of the activity were congratulated with gifts by Dr. Nishi Sharma & Dr. R.K.Singal. Moreover, the felicitation of the Toppers (2019-21) was done. The kits were provided them & E-Certificates were mailed.

After that programme proceeded with the folk dance (Rajasthani) presented by B.Ed. IInd year students.  In continuation, Dr. Nishi Sharma (Principal) showered her blessings and gave some glimpses about the Institute. For the encouragement of the newly admitted students, some  Senior Students shared their experiences & thoughts about the institute.

Dr. Jaymala Singh and Dr. Anjali Raj Discussed the Programme Outcome of B.Ed. At Last, Vote of Thanks was proposed by Dr. Anjali Raj. The programme was ended with National Anthem.

The programme of the second day started by making students aware of the syllabus, rules and regulations of the institute by Dr. Sangeeta Solanki. Library and T&P information was given by Mr. Ranjeet Dhir & Mr. Saurabh Mishra respectively. After that, the students were assembled in the classroom and all teachers gave Presentations related to their respective subjects. Compulsory and Pedagogical subjects and Sessional work had been presented and discussed by the concerned faculty in brief.

On 15th of November 2021, the Management Department of IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad organized a Debate Competition on the topic “Covid, a Boon in Disguise”. The faculty coordinators for the same were Dr. Mrinalini Pathak, Dr. Nitu Maurya, Mr. Amit Aggarwal and Dr. Shikha Mittal. The competition was open for BBA, B.Com., and BBA students.

Total of 23 students participated in the same and the First position was secured by Shalini Saxena of BBA Vth Sem, and Sunidhi Sharma of B.Com.

Further, Akshat of BBA Vth Sem and Ankit Batra of B.Com third year bagged the second place whereas third position was secured by Neha Maurya and Nitesh third year. The event came to a beautiful end with the distribution of prizes by respective faculty coordinators.

On 1ST of November 2021, the IPEM UG Campus organized an event to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Diwali. The event started with a beautiful “adhyay”, Sunder Kand from Ramacharitmanas. After this wonderful event, every member of the organization had their lunch. The celebration took a further leap through a lamp lighting ceremony by all the respected dignitaries. Dr. R.K. Singhal, Director gave his blessings and wished every member through his address. Dr. Sugandha Goel, Dean Academics also wished the staff and respected faculty members of the institute. Further, Dr. Shikha Mittal and Ms. Anubha Gamut also showered their Diwali Wishes. A beautiful game Tamola was organized by Dr. Mrinalini Pathak, Mr. Pankaj Sharma and Ms. Pragya Chauhan which everyone enjoyed a lot. Winners were given their gifts. After this, there was a lovely dance performance by Ms. Anjali of the CTE Department. All the staff and respected faculty members have distributed gifts and finally a wonderful game, the musical chair was organized by Mr. Amit Aggarwal and Ms. Pallavi Garg. The event came to a beautiful end with the dance performance of all the faculty members.

Diwali Celebration 2021

The Entrepreneurship and Incubation Cell, of the Management Department of the IPEM UG Campus, organized an “Entrepreneurship Awareness Campus” on 30th October 2021 (Saturday). The speaker of the event was Mr. Sushil Aggarwal, Chairman, AVRO India Limited. The program was attended by more than 200 students of UG courses of the Institute. The intention behind the event was to introduce the students to the concept of entrepreneurship and to encourage them to pursue their future in the same field. In this event, Mr. Aggarwal told about various aspects of becoming an entrepreneur and motivated students to become an entrepreneur. Mr. Aggarwal shared information on the topics of funds generation, idea promotion, networking etc., and stressed upon the students to move towards entrepreneurship. During the camp, students showed interest and asked questions related to the above topic, which were answered by Mr. Sushil Aggarwal. He also emphasized that students should not think of becoming “job seekers” but “job givers”. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks from Mr. Shashank Chaudhary, HOD, Management Department.

The event started with a lamp lighting ceremony by the honourable Director Sir, Dr. R.K. Singhal, Dean Academics, Dr. Sugandha Goel and Dean Outreach, Dr. Dolly Philips, and the respected HODs of Management and Computer Applications Department, Mr. Shashank Chaudhary, and Dr. Pooja Sharma. After taking the blessings of Maa Saraswati, students got powerful motivational thoughts from all dignitaries.

As the adage goes, “More than the teachers, it is the students who make the name of their institute”. So, respected alumni of the Institute like Mr. Rahul Saxena, System Engineer at R Systems Pvt. Ltd and Mr. Sandip Singh, a Software Developer from Sarotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. also shared the mantra for success among the students.

On 27 November 2021, The Department of Management organized a Fresher Party for the Freshers of BBA & BCOM from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The main objective of this party was to give a warm welcome to the newcomers. To identify the talent of the students and to develop the event organization ability among seniors. FRESHER’S PARTY BBA & BCOM 2021

On 1st, October 2021, IPEM UG Campus organized an Awareness Campaign “Unnat Bharat Abhiyan” through a “Nukkad Natak” activity focusing on the importance of Vaccination and safety measures to be taken for the prevention of COVID- 19 disease. Around five villages, namely Rajapur, Murad Nagar, Sarna, Achheja, and Chipiyana Buzurg with more than 500 people became part of this wonderful Campaign. The main purpose of this activity was to make the people aware of the importance of Vaccination and at the same time follow COVID-19 related norms through wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. The respective Management and Computer Science Department organized the event with Mr. Amit Aggarwal and Ms. Archana Gupta being the conveners.

The activity was conducted with the help of respective Village Pradhan’s of the Villages who helped by gathering the people near an area for the “Nukkad Natak” activity being performed by the Institute. The promotional materials used were the banners and posters whereas Social Media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp were used for creating an awareness among the people. Overall, the campaign was a success as people gave positive feedback and also assured, they will Vaccinate themselves and also follow COVID-19 related guidelines.

IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad organized 8th Online Pratibha Protsahan Samaroh 2021 for 12th passed out students on 7th August (Saturday) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM through Zoom App. This is a platform to motivate class 12th, 2021 meritorious students. This event was conducted on 7th August (Saturday) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM through Zoom App. Top 25 Meritorious students’ names were declared by Dr. Nishi Sharma, Principal, CTE Department. More than 232 students participated in the event. An online Quiz was also organized for the students & Top 3 Achievers of the Quiz were facilitated. Closing remarks were given by Dr. Pooja Sharma, HOD, Computer Applications Department.

Report on 8th Online Pratibha Protsahan Samaroh 2021

An International webinar was organized by the IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad,  India on the topic  ‘Digital Responsibility’. The chief guest of this webinar Dr. Shveata Mishra is a visiting faculty in  Banasthali  University, Rajasthan and the University of Mauritius, Mauritius. This webinar was conducted on 6th August(Friday) from 3:30 to 4:30 PM through Zoom App. Around 600 national and international educationists, research scholars and students had registered in this webinar in which the number of participants was around 400. The number of attendees for the webinar were from 40 different countries like the Philippines, Malaysia, Lebanon, Greece, Russia and the United Arab Emirates.

International Webinar on Digital Responsibility

The Department of Computer Application organized a webinar session on the topic “Intrusion Detection using Machine Learning” on 31st July 2021 from 3:00 pm (IST) onwards. The webinar had international participation from the Philippines Kosawa, Albania, Muscut, Tanzania, South Korea & Pakistan. A webinar was conducted in association with the Computer Society of India, Ghaziabad Chapter Resource Person Mr. Sanjay Razdan, HCL Technologies, Noida, India.

Webinar Report of Intrusion Detection using Machine Learning

IBM Project Training for the students of BCA(1st year), BCA(2nd year)and MCA(2nd year) looking for a career in IT/ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY.

There will be a small scholarship test based on “Programming and aptitude” the test was conducted online through “CISCO WEBEX” on 24th July 2021 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

The training will be for 42 days students will be working on the “IBM REAL TIME PROJECT” selected students will be offered scholarships up to 90% on the entire IBM project program.

Training in the month of JUNE/JULY period of training.

As candidates got a 90% scholarship, they are to reduce 90% of the amount and pay 10% plus 18% taxes.

If the students scored less than 75% not qualified the test.

Swati Garg was assigned the responsibility to conduct the Plantation Activity. The Proposal was forwarded to the Management to get it approved. It was accepted on 3rd July 2021. The Plan of Action was prepared. The work on Plantation activity was started. As per the program schedule. Firstly, a message was sent to all WhatsApp Groups of the college. Dr. Nishi Sharma, Dr. Dolly Philips and Dr. Pooja Sharma(HOD’s of all the departments) along with faculty members done plantation on the college campus on the 5th of July while interested students have done plantation of Peepal trees in their neighboring areas and send their videos and photographs to us.

As a result of this activity

Participants would be able to develop a better sense of the contribution of Peepal trees of providing oxygen, improving air quality, etc.
Students understand that how Plantation helps to save society in an endangered situation like COVID 19.

It was ensured that the Covid preventive measures should be followed due to which participants send their plantation videos and photographs instead of coming to the college.

On July 5, 2021, the IPEM UG Campus hosted a Plantation Activity named “Plantation of Peepal Tree”. The purpose of this activity was to create awareness about the importance of trees and plants (Specially Peepal Trees) in our lives, how it increases the level of oxygen in the environment and improves air quality. One Peepal plant was planted by each one among 100 participants including Faculty and Students from all Departments (Management, IT and CTE). Faculty have done plantation in college campus while interested students have done plantation of Peepal tree in their neighboring areas and send their videos and photographs in college WhatsApp Groups. All of the participants took part enthusiastically.

IPEM Communication Club has organized “My Icon My Inspiration”, on 14th June 2021(Monday) from 2:00pm onwards on Zoom Platform. The purpose of this activity was to motivate the students. Inspiration awakens students to new possibilities by allowing them to transcend their ordinary experiences and limitations. Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility and transforms the way we perceive their own capabilities. Judges for the activity was: Ms Shraddha Shukla  & Ms Supriya Kaushik Judgment was done on the basis of Project, Pronounce, Pace, Pitch, and Pause.

In this activity, students made the PPT Presentation of their Icon depicting the qualities, achievements, and inspiring stories/quotes of their Icon along with the learning traits he/she adapt and inspired about the same. Three Minutes have been allotted to the participants for their presentation; the mode of speaking was English & Hindi. Famous Icons to name a few were from various fields (like Sports, Politics, Celebrities, Scientists, Academicians, Comedians, Artist, Dancer, Philosopher, etc)which was chosen by the students. For Ex:- Abdul Kalam, Ms. Dhoni, Bill gates, Steve Jobs, Ratan Tata, Sushmita Sen & so on. 1st Position was grabbed by Megha from B.ED I YR, Charu Saxena from B.COM 1YR & Sakshi Goswami from BBA 6 Sem were held the 2nd and 3rd position respectively where the mode of speaking was English. Whereas from the Hindi  (mode of speaking) 1st position, Abhishek Singh from BCA 2 YR & Nivedita from BCA 2 YR held the 2nd position respectively.

Event Highlights

The Department of Computer Applications organized a workshop on “Node JS” on 12-6-2021 (Saturday) via the Zoom platform.  Students of BCA 2nd Year and BCA 3rd year participated in this workshop. Mr. Kuldeep Gupta, a Subject Matter Expert, at IBM conducted this workshop. The workshop accorded total participation of 104. The purpose of this workshop was to make students familiar with the latest technology which would help them to grab better jobs in the competitive job market. The objective of this workshop was to prepare students for placement drives. The students had a hands-on experience with Node JS.

IT Webinar on “Emerging trends in AI and Data Science across business domain” was organized by IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, in collaboration with CSI on 05th June 2021 (Saturday) from 11:00 am onwards. The major objective & focus of this webinar was to provide participants the insight of AI and Data Science in modeling business challenges. Dr. Anuranjan Misra chairman of CSI, Ghaziabad chapter was the chief guest and Mr. Gaurav Gupta, senior Data scientist and the corporate trainer was the speaker of the event. The webinar was attended by more than 700 participants from national and international countries on the Zoom platform and live YouTube channel.

Emerging Trends in AI and Data Science Across Business Domain

During the covid-19 pandemic, our college initiated E- ULLAS program, and provided easy access to a digital platform for the students to perform. The objective of the Inter-Institutional UGFest 2021 was to provide a platform for undergraduates students of PAN India, to show their literary, technical and Cultural talent in various activities like Debate competitions, Programming Competition Business Plan, Free Fire, Collage, quizzes, Dance, Mr. & Ms. E-ULLAS 2021 etc. 

About 51 colleges / Institutions participated in E-Ullas 2021. The students belong to Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Karnataka, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra etc. Demonstrated their talents in E-Ullas 2021.
Attractive cash prizes were provided to the winners and runner of all the activities of E-Ullas 2021.

Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) organized an Online Inter-Institutional Event “Code_Krieg-2021” through “HackerRank” in collaboration with Computer Society of India, Ghaziabad Chapter (CSI) on 9-10th April 2019, where distinguished students who are currently pursuing Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Applications or others, form distinguished institutes in India.

On 9th April- The event started at 4:00 pm on HackerRank Platform, In which Approximately 300 participants took active participation. The event continued till 8:00pm, till the time maximum participants submitted their codes successfully.

The E-Award Ceremony of the event was organized on 10th April 2021:

The ceremony started with the Welcome address by Dr. Naveen Kumar Singh ( Head Computer Application Department) and Blessings by Col.(Dr.) A. S. Malhotra( Director General IPEM). Mr. Gaurav Rajput( Consultant AICTE) was the guest and announced the winner of the event.
The winners of the event were Hariharan R S (Student of Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore), and Gyassuddin Ansari ( Student IPEM, Gzb) holds the First position in the event.
The second position was held by Sandhiya Jain( Student of  ABES, Gzb) and Chaitanya Kumar Chandra ( Student IPEM, Gzb) and the Third Position was held by Devesh Srivastava (Student IPEM, Gzb).

This Conference focused on the issues, challenges, future perspectives and opportunities related to Teacher Education in a Global context. International Webinar on “Sustainability in Financial Management: Challenges & Measures” which was organised by IPEM Group of Institutions situated in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, in collaboration with GMA on 16th January 2021 (Saturday) from 2:00 pm onwards. The major objective & focus of this webinar was on the various measures & challenges of financial management in motivating financial growth towards values of sustainability. Ms. Neetu Chadha (Asst. Prof. in Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies) & Mr. Umesh Kumar D.(Head of Delhi NCR, Mirae Asset Global Investments) was the eminent speakers of the International Webinar. The webinar was attended by many participants from national and international countries like Iraq, Somalia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Egypt etc.

INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR HELD ON 16TH January 2021 SUMMARY

Centre for Teacher Education Organized the Community camp program on 20th Dec 2022 (Tuesday) For B.E.d (Session 2021-2023) in Dhoom Manipur village. The objective of the Community camp was to provide education for women to guide those who approach them with the accurate and right information. An education awareness rally on Women’s social issues and Nukkad Natak was played by the students in the village of Dhoom Manikpur. The programme started with an Awareness Rally. The teacher convener delivered the welcome speech. After the inaugural session, from 12.30 to 2.30 pm, it was time for lunch. Lunch was arranged in a different way intended to convey the message of oneness and fraternity. All students and staff brought food packets. It was really a new experience. The Community Camp was conducted successfully.

International Webinar on Digital Resources and other OERs in Teaching Learning Process

In IPEM College, the 5 Days Bharat Scout Guide Camp was organized by the Centre for Teacher Education for the students of B.Ed. II year(2021-23) from 12/12/22  to 16/12/22. Bharat Scouts and Guide Commissioner Shri Shyam Singh ji organized a program for the students. He gave information about scout guide to the students, & knowledge of first aid to the students, construction of knots, and construction of towers. The Camp ended with the construction of tents and a cultural program.

Centre for Teacher Education, IPEM, Ghaziabad organized a fresher’s party on December 10th 2022 (Saturday) in the Laxmi Chand Auditorium. This party was organized by B.Ed 2nd-year students with enthusiasm and nostalgia.

The Cultural program showcased the multiple talents of B.Ed students. Students performed very entertaining dances and songs. Some exciting games like see & guess, saree draping challenge, and balloon chits were also arranged for the student B.Ed 1st  year. B.Ed 1st-year students participated in the ramp walk which was judged by experts. The entire ambience was filled with the sentiments of thrill and enjoyment.

Different tags were awarded to the students. The tag of Most well-dressed was awarded to Sakshi Tyagi and handsome boys of the day was awarded to Suraj Patel.

Ms. Shivangi Mehra was crowned as Ms. Fresher and Mr. Aman Kumar was Mr. Fresher on the basis of the judgement of the judges. The program was concluded by Dr. Nishi Sharma by extending her vote of thanks to all the students.

B.Ed Fresher's Party 2022

E-Cell (Entrepreneurship and Incubation Club) has organized an activity on BUSINESS CONCLAVE – BUSINESS PLAN PROMOTION, PRESENTATION AND DISPLAY COMPETITION) on 25th to 30th November 2022 from 2 pm Onwards Organized by Mr. Shashank Chaudhary (Convener) & Ms. Anubha Gaumat (Coordinator) and judged by Dr. Mona Sahay, Dr. Rajesh Dev & Mr. Pankaj Sharma. Students from all four departments actively participated in the Activity and presented their innovative Business Ideas. This activity helped students to develop an interest in entrepreneurship and also provided them with enough exposure to how to develop and implement a business idea. Institute will further help the students by mentoring them internally as well as by collaborating with external bodies in Entrepreneurship Development Program to be held next semester.  A total of 20 Teams (All 4 departments) Participated in the activity with full enthusiasm and zeal.

On 29th November 2022, IPEM, Ghaziabad, Management Department Organized a Guest Lecture on “Career Guidance for Chartered Accountancy” for B.Com Students. Our resource person was CA. Vandana D. Nagpal, Director, Board of Studies, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Noida. Convener of this Guest lecture was Dr. Preeti Varshney & Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary. The objective of this Guest lecture was to provide information about various career opportunities available to them after their graduation, to create awareness among students about Career Opportunities for Chartered Accountancy as a future prospect and how they can prepare for it and prepare themselves according to Industry demands. Overall, the session was very informative. Students found the session to be extremely useful and informative. This session helped the participants to gain more knowledge about the various career options available in Commerce. They posed several questions to the guests, and the speaker addressed all the doubts. Students participated enthusiastically in the lecture.

Career Guidance for Chartered Accountancy

A workshop on resume writing was conducted at the Centre for Teacher Education on 28th November 2022. Mr. Paritosh Garg, Training & Placement Officer discussed the significance of resume writing, the difference between Resume & CV, and Important Points for constructing an effective resume. He also informed about different do’s & don’ts in resume construction. The assignment was prepared by B.Ed Students on the basis of the content covered. The expert also provided a demo of online resume building to help students to clear their doubts and at the end, an assignment was handed by the Expert.

On 25th November 2022 Management Department Organized a Guest Lecture on “Future Prospects for Commerce Students and how they can prepare for it” from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM for B.Com students. Convener of this activity was Dr. Preeti Varshney & Mr. Jitendra Chaudhary. The objective of this Guest lecture was to provide information about various career opportunities available to them after graduation and to create awareness among students about future challenges and industry demands. Our resource person was Mr. Saurabh Gupta, Assistant Professor, Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Overall, the session was very informative. Students found the session to be extremely useful and informative. The session helped the participants to gain more knowledge about the various career options available in Commerce. They posed several questions to the guest, and the speaker addressed all the doubts. Students participated enthusiastically in this lecture. A total of 73 students participated in the lecture.

Future Prospects for Commerce Students

IPEM, Ghaziabad, Communication Club organized Mr. and Ms. Communicator for the students with the objective to stimulate and nourish student confidence and examine students’ public speaking skills for their realization capacity on 15th Nov 2022.

Students from all the departments participated in the activity with full enthusiasm and zeal. The convener of the activity was Mr. Shashank Chaudhary, Co-convener was Ms. Ritu Saxena. The judges were Ms. Mona Sahay from Management Department and Mr. Naveen from the computer application department Rishabh Nawani, a student of BBA 5th Semester and Anant Singh, a student of BCA 1st Semester, were the host of the activity. In this activity, students have given their introduction followed by the demonstration of their talent (related to communication), in which they have narrated stories/recited poetry/ given speeches/presented various topics through PPT. Students were judged on the basis of their presentation skills, communication skills, body language, gestures, postures, content, and delivery of the speech. Winners – Mr. Communicator- Lakshay Sharma (MBA 2nd year) Ms. Communicator – Poonam kumari (BCA 1st Year).

Institute UG Campus, Management Department organized a guest lecture on “Orientation towards SAP Value Added Program” from 12:30 PM-1:30 PM dated 15th November 2022 for B. Com Students. The objective of this Guest lecture was to provide information about the latest software development tools being used in the industry, to create awareness among students about future challenges and industry demands of software development, and to get students familiarized with various career paths in the subject area. Our resource person was Mr. Sangeet Kumar, Managing Director at NTPL Noida. He informed the students about SAP. Overall, the session was very informative. Students participated enthusiastically in this lecture. Total 63 students participated in the lecture.

Orientation towards SAP Value Added Program

A five-day Induction Program was organized in the Center for Teacher Education of IPEM from 14 November 2022 (Monday) to 18 November 2022 (Friday) for B.Ed. (Session 2022-24) in the seminar hall.

On the first day, the programme started with Hawan in the CTE department and further proceeded with the lamp lighting and blessings of Dr. Nishi Sharma (Principal, CTE) In the Seminar hall. On this occasion, Students played a Nukkad Natak on the topic of Swachta Abhiyan. On the Second day, the programme outcomes and course outcomes were discussed by Dr. Manoj Chauhan. In continuation, all faculty gave presentations related to their respective subjects and Ms. Vidity Rastogi discussed the Pedagogy subject.  On the third day, the sessional files were discussed by Dr. Rajesh Sharma. Ms. Vidity Rastogi also shared the Club information with students. The Fourth day started with the guest lecture of Professor Sanjay Kumar, Secretary General C.T.E.F on the topic “Online & Digital Education: Challenges & Opportunities for Teachers with references to NEP-2020”. The fifth and last day of the event proceeded with the Alumni guest lecture of Ms. Rama Singh Lecturer in D.P.S. Siddharth Vihar, on the topic “Carrier in Teaching” along with a quiz organized through the Kahoot app for the entertainment of students. Ms. Anshu was the winner of the Quiz.

Ms. Shivangi Mehra was the 1st runner up and Ms. Priyanka was the 2nd runner-up. At last, the event coordinator Dr. Shweta Tyagi thanked everyone and ended the program successfully.

IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad, Management Department organized an Alumni Guest Lecture on “Adoption of Change Management as per Current Market” from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Via Zoom Platform by hybrid Mode for BBA, B.com & MBA students dated 3rd November 2022. The objective of this lecture was to introduce the adoption of change management as per the current market. Our resource person was Mr. Anuj Kumar Jha, Batch (2008-11) an Alumni of IPEM College. He informed the students about the change in the market scenario and their methodology is acquired.  Further, he shared his experiences with IPEM. Overall, the session was very informative. Students participated enthusiastically in this lecture. A total of 60 students participated in the lecture.

चौधरी चरण विश्व विद्यालय द्वारा सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल के जन्म दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में 31 अक्टूबर 2022 को राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस के मनाये जाने के रूप में आई.पी.ई .एम. के शिक्षक-शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा 31 अक्टूबर 2022 सोमवार को ऑन लाइन क्विज प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन बी.एड के सभी छात्रों के लिए किया गया। राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस के मौके पर मुख्य अतिथि प्रिंसिपल आई.पी.ई.एम. (IPEM) डॉ. निशी शर्मा ने प्रतियोगिता का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस का महत्व बताते हुए कहा कि भारत में राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस हर साल 31 अक्टूबर को मनाया जाता है। ऑन लाइन क्विज प्रतियोगिता का संचालन डॉ राजेश कुमार शर्मा एवं मोहित कुमार भारती द्वारा काहूत ऐप के माध्यम से किया गया जिसमें बी.एड के 30 विद्यार्थियों ने प्रतिभाग किया।
क्विज प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम स्थान मानवेन्द्र द्वितीय स्थान प्रिया रस्तोगी एवं तृतीय स्थान पर स्तुति शुक्ला रही। इस प्रकार कार्यक्रम सफलता पूर्वक सम्पन्न हुआ।

The Management and Computer Application Department of IPEM UG Campus organized Orientation Programme for MBA & MCA. The Programme started with the lamp lighting with the welcome of the students, dignitaries, and faculty members and Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Pranshu Singhal, Founder of Karo Sambhav he shared a valuable talk on Entrepreneurship Development and gave his blessings for their bright future ahead. The Programme outcome was that it made students aware of the key aspects of the MBA & MCA Programme, rules and regulations of the Institute and briefed the students on what industry standards they have to maintain in a corporate setup and develop a better personality. This Programme was attended by 44 students and convened by Mr. Amit Aggarwal and Dr. Neeta Gupta.

Winner List

Centre for Teacher Education organized Mehndi Competition on 12th October 2022. Total 15 students participated in this competition. The participants created beautiful designs on the hands by Mehndi and decorated the hands. The time limit of the Mehndi competition was two hours but many students completed the hands before time. Dr. Neeta Garg and Ms. Viditi Rastogi (Assistant Professor) were the judges in the competition.
