"Dr. Arjun Singh Solanki is a distinguished academician with over 24 years of experience in higher education, research, training, and academic leadership. He serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Management at IPEM College, Ghaziabad, and is also associated as a Visiting Faculty with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), School of Open Learning (SOL), University of Delhi, and Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB), University of Delhi. He holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Management, earned a Gold Medal in his postgraduate studies, secured First Rank in M.Phil., and completed his Ph.D. from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Dr. Solanki's research interests include economic liberalization, technological transformation, and their impact on Indian manufacturing and agriculture. He has authored a book on Managerial Economics, published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals, and contributed edited book chapters for the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi, in the areas of Managerial Economics and Macroeconomics. A certified Resource Person of SEBI and the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Dr. Solanki has conducted more than 200 financial literacy and investor awareness workshops and is actively associated with the National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE). He has played a significant role in developing NEP-aligned curriculum frameworks, outcome mapping, academic conferences, faculty development programmes, and institutional quality initiatives. His contributions to education have earned him several awards and recognitions. As a dedicated mentor, Dr. Solanki actively guides students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and startups, fostering academic excellence, innovation, and professional growth."
